Oscars 2017: Here Is The Complete List Of Winners

Last night was full of surprises, celebrations, and fun for the people associated with the entertainment industry as it was the 89th Academy Awards night. The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences honored the best performers and movies of the previous year.

With the record breaking nominations for 14 categories, ‘La La Land’ managed to grab six Oscars including Best Director, Best Actress, Best Original Score, Original Song, Best Cinematography and Best Production Design. With the Best Director award for ‘La La Land’, Damien Chazelle became the youngest ever recipient of the coveted Oscar prize.


With the confusion and mess on the Best Picture award announcement, finally ‘Moonlight’ scooped it and became the winner of total three Oscars. Actor Mahershala Ali got the Best Supporting Actor award for ‘Moonlight’ and became the first Muslim actor to win an Academy Award. The third award for the movie was for Best Adapted screenplay that made the tally to a total of three awards.

Casey Affleck, Viola Davis and ‘Zootroplis’ were other big winners on the Oscars night with Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Animated Feature awards respectively.
