Priyanka Chopra is one of the most successful Indian actresses in the West. The actress has made the country feel proud on various occasions. Now she has added another feather in her cap of Hollywood achievements. The ‘Baywatch’ star will be seen judging the documentary and student visionary competition at Tribeca Film Festival.
The news is confirmed that Priyanka Chopra has been appointed as jury member of the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival. The 34 years old actress will be judging the competition alongside Olivia Thirlby, Ryan Eggold, Brendan Fraser and Ileen Gallagher.
Judges for other categories like Best New Documentary Director Award, US Narrative Competition and International Narrative Competition include Amy Berg, Zachary Quinto, Sheila Nevins, Willem Dafoe, Jesse Plemons and Melanie.
Priyanka Chopra rose to fame in Hollywood with her role of FBI agent in Quantico. Since then she has made her presence felt in the West at different award shows and other events.
The awards ceremony will take place on April 27 at the Tribeca Performing Arts Centre and the winners will be announced there only.
