Body-shaming seems to be a great past time for many social media users. Fardeen Khan

He was recently the target of the cyber bullies. No body left any opportunity to embarrass him for his weight gain. Twitter was full of ridiculous jokes and memes. But more than these jokes, how the actor tacked them was more important.

He wrote a long note for the trollers as well as his fans saying that, “Not ashamed neither shamed. Not offended. Not depressed. Not blind either. Am i happy?? Emphatically!!!! Infect, living the happiest chapter thus far with LBS to show for it.

Happy to have been the weekend entertainment for all you trollers. If you have had enough fun please take the time to look at your own reflection. If trolling is what makes you feel better about yourself, you have to seriously think about you future prospects. My best wishes.”

How can we forget Aishwarya Rai Bachan, when we are talking about body shaming? She was a big target of haters after her postpartum weight gain. People are so busy looking for perfection that they don’t even realize how beautifully imperfect we all are in our own unique ways…. #loveyourself and your body. Never allow anyone to make you feel unhappy about the way YOU are. It’s YOUR life so live it YOUR way!!  (Sic).”
